Will.i.am is coming of a strong run from his track "Scream & Shout" but is not so fast to come down as he drops his new single #ThatPower, enlisting a feature from Justin Bieber. The auto-tune driven track features a sample from Draft Punk's "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger." Will.i.am's new album #willpower is scheduled to drop in April.
