Throwback Thursday: Chris Brown - "Run It"

The Throwback Thursday clincher is "Run It' by Chris Brown for more reasons than one. I can remember when the song and video first dropped and watching the video a million times, and thinking to myself wow this kid is talented. The song hails from Chris' debut studio album self-titled Chris Brown and was his debut single enlisting a feature from Dipset rapper Juelz Santana. The song was written and produced by Scott Storch and Sean Garrett and was highly praised for the vocal-centric styling that it possessed, and the production from Scott Storch. The video showcases immense dancing sequences and is was directed by Erik White. I for one believe that this song and video was ground breaking for Chris' career in the music industry hence the fact that ever since this song hit airwaves it has been nothing but up for him and his career.
