Drake Covers The November Issue Of The Source

The October's Very Own commodity covers the November issue of The Source magazine on stands now. Drake took it to new levels with this cover showing some arms and leaving the hoodie in the dressing room. His teeth and beautiful demeanor are always my favorite part of him....November 15....See You Soon....But until then Take Care.

Video: Drake - Take Care (Album Trailer)

Drake's new album drops November 15th after a release date change and some final prep. He finally handed in the complete album this week, as he tweeted on October 19th " Handing in the album tonight. Surrender". I am super duper excited to see hear the final product (the way he intended for the world to hear it). He is definitely gonna be added to my cd collection come November 15th, until then enjoy the album trailer.

Video: Rihanna - We Found Love

Rihanna's video for We Found Love from her upcoming album Talk That Talk dropped this week and the video speaks volumes. The first time I watched it I watched it without the words, and it was absolutely amazingly beautiful. Every fiber of that song makes perfect sense. The video itself was my favorite part but the narration caught my heart <3.

“It’s like screaming, and no one can hear. You almost feel ashamed, that someone could be that important that without them you feel like nothing. No one will ever understand how much it hurts. You feel hopeless, like nothing can save you. And when it’s over, and it’s gone, you almost wish that you could have all that bad stuff back, so that you could have the good.”

Video: Idenity Theft Old Ladies Motorcycle Commercial

I thought of this video the other day and immediately heard my best friends voice in my head because she use to imitate this commercial all the time. So to h.e.r. this is for you thank you for making me laugh out of the blue, even though you are a million miles away. <3

Video: J Cole Dreamville Golf

J Cole recently became the new face of golf with his fresh pair of J's, a white v-neck t-shirt, and absolutely no Polo shirts. Jermaine didn’t need a real golfer's attire he just needed his personality and some clubs to let Tiger know to watch that a**. The Cole World's own golfing experience was a comedy within itself to say the least.

Angela Simmons - Peta Ad

Angela Simmons founder and fashion designer of Pastry, the daughter of Hip Hop legend Rev. Run, and reality star of Run's House and Daddy's Girls is now a Peta Girl. Covered only by a single vine and long flowing hair, holding a bright red apple to symbolize the Peta ad "Eating Meat Is a Sin: Go Vegetarian", she brought the new campaign completely to life. Angela tells Peta that she was inspired by her vegan, uncle Russell Simmons to adopt a more healthier lifestyle by becoming a vegetarian. She also had plenty to say about animal cruelty and bearing it all in a classy way.

Video: Drake - Headlines

Drizzy Drake recently released his video for "Headlines" on his OVO blog. The song is from his upcoming album Take Care that Drake just yesterday changed the original release date of, from October 24th to November 15th. The change is due to wanting to finish 3 songs, in order to make the album complete the exact way he wanted to created it.

Drake Pushes Take Care Album Back

Drake announced last night in a message posted on his OVO blog that he has pushed his much anticipated album Take Care, from the October's own soon to be 25th birthday on October the 24th to November 15th. His post explained why....

TAKE CARE NOVEMBER 15

The new date for Take Care is November 15th, 2011. I managed to create this album in my hometown of Toronto and the thoughts and stories I wanted to get across just became so clear. It truly felt like when I was here 3 years ago making So Far Gone. So I have completed 19 songs (17 on physical and 2 on bonus), and have run into a roadblock of clearing 3 samples in time to make the October 24th date. My options were to take the songs off and make the birthday release happen, or to take an extra couple weeks to get the paper work right and give you the album they way I NEED you to hear it. The choice was clear as day for me. November 15th you will get Take Care the exact way I created it with no trimmings. This music means too much to me to get attached to dates and I do apologize for the delay but I promise that it is only for the benefit of our experience together. Club Paradise Tour will also be moved to when students are back from the Christmas/New Year break so that I can get to more schools. New dates will be released in the next week...see you all soon.

Drake

No matter the reason for his pushing the album back I actually want to genuinely hear it the way he NEEDS me to hear it, the way he created it with no trimmings. Even though the anticipation is killing me I know I can wait another month because my needs for this new music from Drizzy Drake will definitely be "Taken Care" of on November 15, 2011.
See You Soon.

Music: J Cole f/ Missy Elliott - Nobody's Perfect

J Cole stated in a recent interview that "Nobody's Perfect" featuring Missy Elliott will serve as his third single from his album Cole World: The Sideline Story. The album debuted at #1 and was the first album to debut at #1 this year by a solo artist, had the biggest first week debut in 2011, and is the biggest selling digital album by any new artist since January 2010, selling nearly 220,000 copies during its first week.

Video: Elle Varner f/ J Cole - Only Want To Give It To You

Elle Varner released  her video and first single Only Want To Give It To You (featuring none other than North Carolina native J Cole) from her upcoming album, Perfectly Imperfect, scheduled to drop this fall. The song is upbeat and catchy and I am definitely looking forward to hearing more from the beautiful songstress.

Video: Rob Kardashian Dancing With The Stars Week 3

Rob Kardashian makes Dancing With The Stars so fun to watch this season and especially during week 3 with his Foxtrot. The dance was dedicated to his father the late Robert Kardashian Sr. who passed of esophageal cancer (who was known for being one of the lead attorney's in the famous O.J. Simpson trial). The Foxtrot was danced by Rob and Cheryl to Frank Sinatra's Fly Me To The Moon which was one of his dad's favorite songs. " I still to this day talk to him and I'm like man I wish you were here right now and I feel like my dads with me tonight and I miss you and I love you everyday dad and this ones for you". What can I say but that he is a wonderful guy and his dad would be extremely proud of him. I cannot wait to see more of him on DWTS because I am certain he will be sticking around for awhile.

Video: NBA 2K12 Commercial w/ Drake & Michael Jordan

When I first seen this commercial on TV. I immediately got stupid happy, seeing that two of my favorite people were in the commercial. Drake and Michael well it does not get much better unless they were to add Magic Johnson to the commercial, then well it would be like whoa. You can't help but love this commercial or at least I can't!
